The villa was built on an individual project in 1960. It is made in the traditional Provencal style, in which harmony and restrained elegance are felt.

The area of the villa is 480m2, capacity is up to 18 people.

Villa du Soleil has everything for a comfortable stay: 7 en-suite bedrooms with a king size or double bed ,a terrace with a sea view and the Golden Hyers Islands, a kitchen, a living room, and a business area. Central heating is carried out throughout the whole Villa ,with a wood burning stove in the living room ,there is air conditioning in most rooms and some have underfloor heating.

Also Villa du Soleil will give you an unforgettable experience: incredible sunsets, delicious breakfasts with local cheese, warm gatherings by the fireplace on cool evenings, pleasant meetings at the round table on the terrace.

On the territory there is a swimming pool, Fisherman's House guest house, a Roman patio with an antique fountain, a large garden and direct access to the beach.

The villa has a swimming pool with a relaxation area.

The length of the pool is 20 meters, the depth is from 1.5 m to 4 m. You can enter the water through special ladders or stairs.

Sun loungers and umbrellas are at your disposal. And for lovers of aperitifs, there is a special lounge area and summer kitchen where you can enjoy your vacation with a glass of chilled Rose with a light snack.

For guests vacationing with young children, there is an opportunity to close pool with a safety roll deck.

The villa is located on the Cote d'Azur/French Riviera. Every day you can enjoy the white sand, clear sea and the peaceful atmosphere surrounding you.

The entrance to the sea is gentle, which is very convenient for children who like to splash in shallow water.

Although all the beaches in France are municipal, the guests of Villa du Soleil have an undeniable advantage – their own private shower and beach cabin with a fridge for cool wine and ice cream right next |to the beach. You can feel like the owners of this place.

Another place for privacy - FISHERMAN'S HOUSE that was built in a fisherman's house style. Inside there is everything for a comfortable stay: 2 bedrooms, equipped kitchen, bathroom, air conditioning, radiators for heating in the winter

A nice bonus is a mini-terrace where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of cool Rose on warm summer evenings.

Another feature of the house is a light sea breeze that comes from open windows. After all, you are next to the Mediterranean Sea – only 1 minute and you are there!

Leaving the living room, we find ourselves on the Terrace overlooking the sea and the Hyeres islands. This is the most favorite place for guests of Villa du Soleil.

⠀Here you can start your day with a cup of aromatic coffee with a croissant, drink wine and chat on warm southern evenings with friends, admire the stars or plan a trip to the islands that will attract you on the horizon.

The terrace is a great place for celebrations and companionship. It has a table for up to 12 people. If you have a large company, can be set another table, which will comfortably accommodate 15-20 people.
